I agree to pay US IMMIGRATION CENTER for services related to the preparation and submission of my Diversity Immigrant Visa Program (Green Card Lottery) application. I acknowledge that US IMMIGRATION CENTER is not a U.S. government agency. I further acknowledge that the U.S. Government does not charge an application fee. To guarantee that your application is prepared correctly and filed on time, US IMMIGRATION CENTER charges a nominal fee to cover administrative and processing expenses incurred in conjunction with the careful preparation and submission of your Green Card Lottery application. I understand that US IMMIGRATION CENTER does not guarantee that I will receive a Green Card, but only provides me with an opportunity to participate in the Green Card Lottery. Because this is a lottery program, I understand that I cannot claim a refund for fees paid to process my application.
