Refund Policy
Our Green Card Lottery submission service comes with a 100% refund guarantee.
If you choose to not use our services, please
contact
us within 30 days of submitting your payment to us. You may contact us by email:
billing@usgreencardlottery.org
or by fax: +1-202-204-8415. All refunds will be made to the same type of payment that was
originally submitted.
- Allow 3-5 working days for any credit card refund
- Allow 10-14 days for any check refund
- All cash payments will be refunded by company check
All credit card refunds are issued by USgreencardlottery.org. We work
directly with any credit card company once payment has been submitted to us. You should not
contact your financial institution as this will only delay the refund
process
Credit Card Receipt
Your credit card receipt will read: US IMMIGRATION CENTER or
IMMIGRATION FORMS, NEWARK, DE.
Credit Card Payments
USgreencardlottery.org utilizes
Authorize.net to
process credit card transactions. The
information submitted to USgreencardlottery.rog is not shared with any other
third party. The credit card information is only used to pay for the
services that USgreencardlottery.org provides. Once the payment is made, the
Credit Card information is shredded by a cross-cut shredder.
WARNING -
Spam, Spoof and Spyware
USgreencardlottery.org will never ask for any credit card details or bank
information via email. We are dedicated to protect your privacy, and any attempt
to obtain such information from you is Spam from another party. Do not respond
to any emails or provide any information to emails requiring your personal
information. Forward your email to
spam@usgreencardlottery.org and then delete
it.
